Stay Coupon – Terms & Conditions

1. No Blackout Dates:
   Stay can be redeemed on any date, subject to room availability at the resort.

2. Redemption Timeline:
   The coupon can be redeemed after 72 hours from the date of purchase. Guests must confirm their stay dates with the resort after this period.

3. Cancellation Policy:
   Once the stay coupon is purchased, it is non-cancellable and non-transferable.

4. Registered User Only:
   The coupon can be redeemed only by the registered user whose details are provided at the time of purchase.

5. Validity:
   The stay coupon is valid for 12 months from the date of issue (validity mentioned on the coupon).
